About The Career Source

The Career Source is a part of the Career Network (CN). CN is a resource for employers, recruiters, and placement agencies to find and contact qualified applicants. CN is an aggregator of jobs posted online.

How does CN work?

CN works in the following two ways:

Employers, Recruiters, and Placement Agencies invite applicants to apply for a position through the network of CN online job applications. Once the applicant applies he or she is contacted by the employer or recruiter who invited him or her to apply.

CN is also an aggregator of jobs posted on public boards. When CN reposts a job from a public domain or other job board CN informs employer of the job being reposted and forwards applicants to the employer. CN makes no representation that any specific employer will accept or review your resume/application. CN makes reasonable efforts to provide all applicants’ information directly to each employer after applications have been received.

How does CN benefit employers and recruiters?

CN offers strong management and organizational tools to employers and recruiters. These tools help make the recruitment process much more efficient.

How does CN benefit Job Seekers?

CN makes the hiring process much more efficient and streamlined which helps Job Seekers receive responses faster from employers.

Does CN cost anything to use?

No CN is 100% free the Job Seekers. CN is paid for by employers, recruiters, and advertisers.
